The Graham in-line front and back automatic labelling machine is designed to provide accurate, high-speed labelling for both flat-sided and round containers. In addition to its front and back labelling capability, the machine is fitted with a wraparound labelling unit, enabling it to apply full or partial wraparound labels to round bottles with exceptional accuracy and consistency.
Products are fed into the machine via the in-feed conveyor, where chain aligners accurately position each container and guide it into the centre of the conveyor. The bottles are then securely held in place between the conveyor belt and the upper hold-down belt, ensuring maximum stability throughout the labelling process.
For flat-sided containers, the products pass between the left- and right-hand labelling heads, which apply front and back labels simultaneously, delivering precise label placement and a professional finish. For round bottles, the integrated wraparound unit rotates each container in a controlled manner as it passes through the machine, allowing the label to be wrapped smoothly and accurately around the circumference of the bottle without wrinkles or misalignment.
The combination of front, back and wraparound labelling capabilities makes this machine a highly versatile solution, capable of handling a wide range of container shapes and sizes with minimal changeover time.
